1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking, as specified on the package details page.
• Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.

2. Pricing

Package prices are listed in the relevant currency and include the services specified in the package description. Prices may change due to exchange rates, government taxes, or service provider adjustments.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@codeconnectmedia.com.
• Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the cancellation policy stated for each package.
• No refunds are provided for no-shows or unused services.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required documents. Code Connect Media will not be held responsible for denied entry or travel restrictions.

5. Health & Safety

Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for safaris and tours. Vaccinations or health precautions may be required when traveling to Kenya.

6. Liability

• We act as an intermediary between travelers and local service providers (hotels, transport, safari operators).
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third-party providers.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all customers.

7. Website Usage

All content on codeconnectmedia.com is the property of Code Connect Media and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
